Dear ClojureBridge attendees,
We are so excited to see you at the ClojureBridge workshop [Date].
Please be on time on Friday at 18.00 and on Saturday at 9:00.

The location is:

Attached you find a picture of the venue entrance.
There will be a phone number downstairs on a poster to call us if you have questions.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Registration for this workshop is capped at 30 participants, and we do have a waiting list. Please let us know if you can't attend this workshop, so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.

  • Attendance at the Friday night InstallFest is mandatory. We'll be installing all the necessary software on your laptop so you'll be ready to go Saturday morning. And it'll be fun, we promise. You'll get to meet the other workshop participants and coaches. We'll have free vegan/vegetarian food and drinks available. Note: If you don’t have a Laptop for the event, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can arrange something.

  • Some breakfast snacks and vegan/vegetarian lunch are provided on Saturday. If you'd like to bring your own food, you're welcome to do so. We'll have a fridge, dishes & eating utensils on hand.

  • We can offer food, drinks and the whole workshop for free! Thanks to our awesome sponsors <3 !

  • If you need help with childcare during the event, please email us.

  • Unfortunately the venue itself does not have accessible bathrooms, but we have access to the ones in the hotel next door

Liebe ClojureBridge-Teilnehmerinnen,

wir freuen uns, euch bald beim ClojureBridge-Workshop am [Date] kennenzulernen. Bitte seid pünktlich am Freitag um 18.00 Uhr und am Samstag um 9:00 Uhr.

Im Anhang ist ein Bild mit dem Eingang des Büros.
Unten am Eingang wirst du eine Telefon-Nummer finden, damit du uns im Notfall anrufen kannst.

Hier sind noch ein paar Hinweise:

  • Wir haben nur 30 Plätze und eine Warteliste. Wenn du doch nicht mehr kommen kannst, sag uns bitte Bescheid, damit wir den Platz wieder vergeben können.

  • Das InstallFest am Freitag ist verpflichtend. Wir werden die Software installieren, die wir brauchen. Es ist auch eine gute Gelegenheit andere Teilnehmerinnen und Coaches kennenzulernen. Es wird veganes und vegetarisches Essen und Getränke geben!! Wichtig: Wenn du keinen Laptop für den Workshop hast, sag uns sobald wie möglich bescheid, damit wir etwas arrangieren können.

  • Auch am Samstag gibt es veganes und vegetarisches Mittagessen sowie ein paar Snacks zum Frühstück und natürlich Getränke.

  • Dank unserer Sponsoren sind alle Getränke und Speisen sowie der gesamte Workshop kostenlos! <3

  • Falls du Unterstützung mit Kinderbetreuung während des Workshops brauchst, schreib uns eine Email.

  • Leider hat unser Veranstaltungsort keine barrierefreien Toiletten, aber wir haben Zugang zu denen des Hotels.
