Delete profile

Yes, it is possible to delete your entire profile.

To do so, send an email to our email address from the email address that is registered in your settings, asking to delete your profile. You can check it by going to your settings.

We will reply to the email and wait for a confirmation. This is to ensure that you're the owner of the profile and not a malicious person who'd want to delete someone else's profile.

We will NOT be able to delete your profile if you contact us using any other way than by email.

⚠️ NOTICE: As of September 1st 2020, the queue for profile deletion is backed up. We see your email, but currently are not able to delete any profile immediately. We are working on allowing self deletion. Please send your email, but please be aware we are currently backed up in profile deletion requests.

⚠️ Consequences of deleting your profile ⚠️

• Your profile will be deleted, so your profile URL will not be accessible anymore
• Your username will be available to anyone who wants to use it and you won't be able to claim it again in the future
• All of you accounts will be deleted, including all the items you added to your accounts (cards, event participations, played songs, etc), and everything else related to your account
• All the activities you posted will be deleted
• All the activities you "liked" will get unliked
• All your followers will not follow you anymore
• All the private messages you sent and received will be deleted
• Your location will be removed from the map

Notes

• If you just want to delete your account (game data) and not your entire profile read this
• If you want to delete someone else's profile, use the report button on the account and explain why you want it to be deleted.

No, we can't recover your profile if you asked to get it deleted.
