gbAuthoritative geoBoundaries only covers land boundaries, but we are unable to edit the geometries of authoritative boundaries. The authoritative boundaries for Cambodia contain a polygon for a lake named “Under National Administration” in ADM1 and ADM2. In the ISO_Code field of the attribute table for ADM1, this polygon is labeled “Not Applicable” since it is not a land boundary and there is no ISO code.

For ADM1, there is one less province than there is currently in the country. The most recently validated file from SALB is from 1998. In 2013, the Kampong Cham Province was split into two, creating the Tboung Khmum Province, which is not included in this source.
