  1. Tram incidents: They are allday inconveniances to manhood that occur in a tram. It is adding veriaty to the game and a start in direction of communications issue, spicing up the funlevel. Not solving these problems swiftly can influence traveling time because one has to wait for an ambulance ore inderectly because the waiting tram is a blockage.

  2. Difficulty: The point you are makeking could probably be done with scenario's but that is not what we intend to implement in the DEMO because it requere's detailed information from the HTM controler room. That's why we intend to stick to random occurences. First next step might be combined occurences.

  3. Gameplay: We introduced the timer to indicate how long it will take a solvage solution to be completed. Your suggestion however fits nicely into our discussion how to build up the score and will probably come in very handy.

  4. Travellers: Like you stated in the introduction we also think the introdcution of travelars would create more allignment and therefore we seek a posibility to introduce an indicator in the early devellopment of the game. We like to add some score to the travelars utulity. We hope to be able to calculate a kpi on station delay which me can be used as indicator for travelars inconveniance

  5. Future work: Good to hear that you agree on our interpretaion that the communication is a mayor issue. We have great expectations for the posssibilities and currently discussing what can be done with this item.
