- Does DevOps have monitoring scripts ready/in-place?
- Does DevOps have a deployment plan, including reversion?
- Does it match the business requirements as expected? (UAT approved by originator)
- Does it pass unit testing?
- Does it pass functional testing?
- Are configuration requirements properly documented?
- Is end user documentation complete?
