Report Editing
Every time you open a report, the first form that appears on the screen is the Aggregated Data (Level 1). It is possible to edit a report only if its status is in Draft as shown in the example below:
If you want to modify data in a report you will need to click on the Edit button (situated in the Toolbar composite). This action will generate a new warning pop-up as the one below:
The Edit button is only active after you have clicked on Check and with the following statuses of a report:
- REJECTED EDITABLE
- LOCALLY VALIDATED
- VALID / VALID WITH WARNING
When you click on Edit, the status of the report will change to ‘DRAFT' and you will be able to modify the reported data.
The Edit button is not active when the report is in one of the following statuses:
- DRAFT
- UPLOADED / SUBMISSION_SENT / REJECTION SENT
- SUBMITTED
- ACCEPTED_DWH
Please note that editing a report after having clicked on Check will allow you to modify its content by overwriting the one already existing locally. Once you have sent the report to the DCF, the Edit button will become active only after you have clicked on Refresh.
