I'm not able to create a report into the TSE data submission tool, why?

Make sure to have filled correctly all the required information as shown in the Preferences and Settings sections.

How can I update to the latest version of the TSE?

Make sure that you are connected to internet before launching the tool. The software checks if there is a new official version released by EFSA during the launch process. Please note that in case of new version available, the tool will automatically download and install it (don't close or modify internal files during this process!).

I have submitted the report but I'm not able to see in MicroStrategy it, what can I do?

Please note that once you click the Submit button, the report is processed overnight and becomes available in MicroStrategy the next day. Check if the report is available the next day otherwise contact us at [email protected] specifying the Dataset ID(s).

Why the application does not start?

Make sure you have the correct version of the application according to your machine architecture. In particular, download the 32 bit version if your PC is 32 bit, otherwise, download the 64 bit version. Check the Tool Installation section for further information.

Is it the TSE data reporting tool available for other Operating Systems (i.e. Mac OS X)?

Currently, the TSE data reporting tool is available just for Windows OS.
