Data Amendment
The 
Amend button allows the data provider to correct data which were already submitted to the EFSA Scientific Data Warehouse. Every time a report is amended, the tool creates a new revision and automatically provides into DCF only changed records.
The 
Reject button allows rejecting a report which was sent to the DCF and successfully processed receiving as status Valid or Valid with warnings. Note that the TSE data reporting tool does not automatically update the status of the report on your local machine, therefore, you must manually refresh its status, in order to be able to edit again the data.
Click on 
Refresh status button to update the status of the report opened in the TSE data reporting tool. In particular, this synchronizes the status of the report contained in your local machine with the status of the report in DCF.
**This action is required since the TSE tool does not automatically check the report status in DCF, therefore it is needed if an action which involves a report status change was previously sent to DCF. **
Namely, these actions are the following:
- sending a report (the DCF checks the data contained in the uploaded report/dataset and at the end of the validation it assigns a new status to the report/dataset)
- rejecting a report (the Reject command is sent to the DCF, but the status change is executed asynchronously)
- submitting a report (the Submit command is sent to the DCF, but the status change is executed asynchronously).
If any of these actions is performed, then it is needed to manually refresh the report status until the new status is retrieved, which is available only if the DCF finished to process the requested action.
The 
Display ack button allows to view the report of the validation performed by the DCF on the monthly report without the need to access the DCF user interface. Please note that the validation of the TSE data reporting tool is NOT a replacement of the DCF one. For this reason, it is possible that a locally validated report could still get errors by DCF.
