Update the RefBox for RoboCup 2024 with new teams.

RefBox 2.1.1

Re-exported version of RefBox 2.1. The version of processing used to generate the previous release contained a bug due to which Java could not be located.

RefBox 2.1

Version 2.1 of the MSL RefBox contains some bugfixes and support for new teams.

RefBox version 2.0

First official full release of RefBox using the new communication protocol. Several bugs were fixed since the beta version. The latest version of Processing only offers 64-bit exported executables.
