  1. Update spread0r.pl 

    Added an estimated time it will take to read the supplied document based on wpm provided.

Say I have a lot of security articles that I read each day and I want to dedicate about 10 min to each, I can fiddle with the wpm dial until the time estimate suits me (unless length or complexity of article truly don't allow).
