Added an estimated time it will take to read the supplied document based on wpm provided. Say I have a lot of security articles that I read each day and I want to dedicate about 10 min to each, I can fiddle with the wpm dial until the time estimate suits me (unless length or complexity of article truly don't allow).
Reverted to default blue and 200 wpm

I wanted a feature that would tell me how long it would take to read a document based on the wpm. So this is an implantation of it. Try it out, if you like, keep it, if not, I'll still use it ;)
