Migration

Setup 4 projects, gnu/nongnu and same with auto.
Post migration
- pootle fs lists the projects correctly.
- Issues:
  - Can't access the filesystems page from the UI
  - "Project Tree Style" is listed as 'auto', should that field just be removed?
  - pootle fs info doesn't show the FS mapping, so it's impossible to fully verify the setup.
  - Languages dropdown wasn't updated (not really a PFS issue)
  - pootle fs state autognu even after I've made changes on Pootle is showing no results.
