The asdf nodejs plugin now handles the keyring validation itself.

Before, we installed [asdf][] by cloning the repo and installing it ourselves. thoughtbot [updated their laptop script][] to use the Homebrew install instead. We needed parity with this script to ensure we kept everything installed. We added asdf to the Brewfile. [asdf]: https://asdf-vm.com [updated their laptop script]: thoughtbot/laptop#608
