Filter out watchlist items

• Users can now exclude movies already on their watchlist from recommendations
• Backend will gather user watchlist (for use by frontend, not for recommendations or storage)
• Some small UI updates

UI Update

Makes some general UI fixes and fixes genre tag overflow/business issue on mobile

New Frontend/Rich Movie Data/Filtering

• Adds a new React/Material UI frontend, hosted on Vercel
• Adds rich movie data to movies in database, fetched along with recommendation data, and returned to the client
• Adds filtering on genre/year released to the front-end

Just caching initial release with flask app/static front-end. Have made a lot of changes since the first version, but haven't been releasing versions.
