04 How do Jupyter Notebooks work?

This part of the workshop is aimed at helping the participants understand a little about what makes Jupyter Notebooks tick - What makes them different to other things? Why are they special? What do they look like? It's not very technical, but I think it is enough to help people understand the combination of processes they can perform.
