How to run BLAST with a ROC plot:

cd run/
../scripts/main.py -h

With SCOP for example:

cd run/
../scripts/main.py --scop proteins.txt


To run other things:

cd run/
python ../scripts/BLAST.py
python ../scripts/GOTerms.py
python ../scripts/PfamData.py
python ../scripts/SCOP.py
