    1. saibridge.h
   - Added SWITCHOVER attribute to bridgeport to trigger the switchover to/from the configured nexthopgroup

2. saivlan.h
   - Added BUM and UCAST Tx/Rx blocks
   - This is to support DF and SingleActive per vlan per port.
