ThermalTank
The ThermalTank
element estimates the performance of a simple tank. This tank contains a mass and temperature state during transient operation. For steady-state operation temperature is passed through and mass is kept constant. The pressure loss is calculated by the S_dP
socket (or input by the user if this socket is empty).
-
The thermal tank element calculates a pressure drop.
-
The pressure drop can either be input or calculated from a subelement.
-
Mass and temperature are tracked by states during transient operation
-
Flow can either be input as a value or passed through from
Fl_I
.
