skyeye-lpc2300

SkyEye ARM Simulator for LPC2300

What is this

This is a fork of SkyEye ARM simulator. Base SkyEye version is 1.2.6_rc1.

The aim of this project is to support NXP's LPC23xx, especially CQ-FRK-NXP-ARM board.

Now the following devices are added:

  • LPC23xx family (LPC2300, LPC2361, LPC2362, LPC2364, LPC2365, LPC2366, LPC2367,LPC2368, LPC2377, LPC2378, LPC2387, LPC2388)
  • LPC213x family (LPC2131, LPC2132, LPC2134, LPC2136, LPC2138)

And the following functions are implemented in these devices:

  • UART(0/1/2/3) and Rx/Tx interrupt
  • TIMER(0/1/2/3) and MR0/1/2/3 interrupt

How to build

For Linux

Just type as follows:

  • cd src
  • ./configure
  • make

For MS-Windows

Simply use skyeye.exe in bin/ directory. Or, if you want to build yourself, you need MinGW/MSYS environment. Type the following commands on MSYS shell.

  • cd src
  • ./configure --enable-lcd=no LDFLAGS="-static -static-libstdc++ -static-libgcc -s"
  • make

Licence

GNU GPL v2

Known Issue

I confirmed KEIL's sample Interrupt-Driven UART I/O for Philips LPC23xx works fine on the simulator. But there exists another program having problems. I guess the cause is related to CPSR/SPSR mode switching, especially such a mode transition as USR -> IRQ -> SVC.
