What models of Samsung TVs or HTs does this plugin support?

Basically, any TV or HT that does not use the Tizen operating system. Tizen was introduced in 2015, so most TVs or HTs from before 2015 will work. See the Wiki Model Numbers page to understand your TV or HT model number.

Why does my TV not work, even though it appears to be a supported series?

Within a series of TVs, Samsung also made low-budget models with reduced hardware. These have no network remote control capabilities, therefore they cannot work with this plugin. Known low-budget models are: C6200, D450x, E450x, F4000

Where can I find key codes for my Samsung TV or HT?

Why can I not turn on my Samsung TV or HT using a key code?

The Samsung TV and HT models made before 2015 turn off their Ethernet LAN port (or Wifi, if equipped) when the TV or HT is turned off. Most of the Samsung TVs that this plugin work with switch off their Ethernet port when turned off, so you cannot use a LAN-based remote control to turn them on.
