Welcome to the repository for GA4GH Genomic Knowledge Standards (GKS) Hackathon.
We will be hosting a hackathon as an ancillary event at ASHG on Monday, November 4th, 2024. This repository will contain project proposals from registered hackathon participants. More details will be made available on this page closer to the event dates.
Check out the repository proposal tracker and express your interest in proposed hackathon projects with reactions on the top-level comment. If you want to see a proposed project clarified or otherwise revised, add a comment to the issue and get a discussion going! If you have an idea for a project proposal that is not yet listed, propose it!
Please submit all proposals by October 7th, 2024 for earliest consideration by the hackathon organizers.
