update to the pcb (v0_7_2h) to use a dual dip-soic footprint for the mcp3008 - giving the option to use either - this was because i was finding the dip_mcp3008 a bit hard to source / more expensive so now people will have both options
note: take care of orientation of ic when placing - the smd ic needs to be placed opposite direction to the dip one - do not place both!
