• handles possibly out-of-sync column names in IPR-API and pori_graphkb_python

• adds ability to check the current IPR-API spec to determine whether or not IprGene definitions can be loaded as-is

Bugfix:

• SDEV-4041 - display_variant crash for fusions without hgvs representations. Default to 'variant' display string.
