Labels

Labels are simple strings containing [a-zA-Z][a-zA-Z0-9\-\.]* that can be applied to messages.

Labels represent conversations, and a description of the conversation can be added at any time by sending a message of type 'desc'. These messages will be shown separately as a room topic, and will be re-ordered based on votes.
