Adds a job that uses the
amazonlinux:2023container to automatically update Amazon 2 kernels.@brycekahle figured out and added support to search both architectures from a single arch machine. He basically adds the cross-arch repo on container setup and then search for packages using
repoquerywhich supports--archlist.This also adds sparse checkout of
btfhub-archiveto improve clone speeds.
