Create a python dev envrionment

hatch shell

Run the JavaScript development server:

pnpm install
pnpm dev

Open JupyterLab:

ANYWIDGET_HMR=1 juptyer lab

Preparing a dataset for the visualization requires serializing a table to Arrow IPC Format.
