Adding new links and updating them

On a Fragment, Testimonium or Anonymous Fragment detail page, you can add new links to an Antiquarian, Work and Book. To do this, create an editing lock on the detail page. Under the 'Links' section of the page, you should see the option to 'Add Link'. Clicking this will take you to a form that looks like this: Once you have selected an Antiquarian, the Work section will become enabled, and the same will happen for the Book section when you choose a Work. You can also select whether each connection is definite.

Definite connections to Unknown Works and Unknown Books are not valid.

You may edit the Book a link is connected to on the detail page by clicking the quill icon next to the link. You can also update the definite connections here. If you would like to delete a link, click the trash symbol. If the last link for the Antiquarian is to an Unknown Work, you will have to delete it from the Antiquarian level - the 'remove all links' button. Removing a link to a known work when it is the last one for that Antiquarian will reassign it to Unknown Work to retain the connection to the Antiquarian.
