  ** Meeting for sure next month, and hopefully regularly after that

• Fedora 4 Interest Group (Nick) ** Meeting at Hylandora day. • Documentation Interest Group (Melissa) ** Next meeting at IslandoraCamp CT, might be cancelled due to unavailability of leadership ** Group is struggling with membership, looking for recruitment support

• Dev Ops Interest Group (Mark Jordan)
  ** Productive meeting this week; still bootstrapping out of excellent meeting at conference ** Phil Souda will liase between Documentation and DevOps ** Looking for a new maintainer for vagrant; nothing decided but progress is being made

• Metadata Interest Group (Jennifer)

Islandora Camp updates

  ** Conference attendance down compared to hoped, but budget in the black ** Schedule is solid, Hylandora day is now free and unconference (still recruiting)
• Next camp: Florida in March
• Next conference: two years away, location TBD

New Business

• Licenses for 7.x-2.x related things. Discussion here and here (Nick) ** GPLv2 or GPLv3 candidates: GPLv3 has hangups on patent language ** No legal counsel yet; but Nick has excellent resources via Evergreen and Software Freedom Law Center / Software Conservancy ** Board meeting in late November should set direction: no license may be accepted on this project until the Board reaches an opinion ** Further discussion illuminated the depth and murkiness of this issue ** Can this remain unlicensed or do we need to apply some sort of license? CLA may not require consensus on any license change? *** Resolution: Leave unlicensed for now until a more authoritative opinion is achieved. Reaching such a consensus has a reasonably high degree of urgency.
