- Turrets and multi-weapons (ie Quad Inverter) now fire all shots at once rather than having a higher fire rate. This is to avoid sending too much traffic over the network
- Fixes the way audio loading works, which should fix missing sounds
- Enables plugin loading; put a folder named "plugins" next to the exe and add whatever pck files you'd like; it should override the data.

- Full screen map now also has a full screen background
- Fixes an issue where upgrade counts wouldn't update if you'd purchased a new ship
- NPCs now enter hyperspace sometimes. They will do it at random, and also wimpy ships will flee into hyperspace if you damage them a bit.
