…oth converted to superkingdom (D) in Kraken Addressing issue DerrickWood#739. "superkingdom" is converted to "major_clade". "domain" is still converted to "superkingdom". This avoids having the same taxonomic rank (D) apprearing twice in the classification on Kraken reports.
