wget can recognize the FTP proxy given. If there are any failures when downloading, the program will warn the users later in the ungzipping part.

Hi, I've changed the
--use-ftpflag to usewgetbecause the current implementation cannot understand$FTP_PROXYflag. I've addedxargsto enable parallel download, but please do advise if this is a bad idea. Both programs were used because you have used them in your other scripts, so it shouldn't add any more dependencies.
