everything is optional and requires a input to do anything:
*adds icon and gtk themes *installs a grub theme moves top bar buttons to the left ( like a mac ) *adds a guest user *installs brave browser *installs gnome tweak tool *switches display manager to lightdm
things it does with no input:
*installs themes to directory the software is running in *installs grub theme to directory the software is running in
(although this is a python script, most work is done in the bash terminal)
