Because of this MR to the ci-cd-template repo, setting
DEPLOY_SANDBOXto true no longer gatesdeploy:review(ordeploy:devordeploy:stageordeploy:prod). SinceDEPLOY_REVIEWdefaults to true, I am adding the lineDEPLOY_REVIEW: falseso that you continue to get the same behavior you got prior to the MR to the ci-cd-template repo.
