$ debian/rules get-orig-source
$ debian/rules publish-source

Build project

$ dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -D -us -uc -i -I -sa

or

$ QUILT_PATCHES=debian/patches quilt push -a
$ fakeroot debian/rules clean binary

This packages is present since debian stretch.
