To preview the documentation for this script from the repository, first install mkdocs with

   pip install mkdocs

Then produce and view the HTML file with

   mkdocs build
   open site/README/index.html

When you push to the repository, the location

   http://installxsdk.readthedocs.org/en/latest/README/index.html

will be automatically updated with your changes after a few minutes.
