After some weeks i was able to fix multiple bugs.
For example:

-Config was not loaded right
-Level was not being pulled

ALSO: Please upgrade to BukkitPE it's a more stable version of Pocketmine which has better features. Please visit www.BukkitPE.net or visit the github page: www.github.com/BukkitPE/BukkitPE
