If possible please include the following information:

• Type of issue
• Any special configuration required to reproduce the issue (e.g. architecture, specific Ruby version, ...)
• Instructions to reproduce the issue
• Proof-of-concept exploit code
• Observed impact of the issue

This information will help in triaging the issue as quickly as possible.
