Final Year Project

This is a final year project: Modeling and Prediction of Discussion Topics in Twitter .

Team-based machine learning research with data crawling/ processing/ analysis/ visualization tasks done in Python (Jupyter Notebook)
A systematic approach to evaluate the relative performance of Machine Learning algorithms on time series of hashtags/ clustered hashtags
Implemented a website with rich visualizations to present the results (Python + Flask + MongoDB + D3js + PowerBI)

Champion in Computational Intelligence Chapter Final Year Project Competition, IEEE HK
