Fixed issue #129 (all windows are now movable).
To be tested by people with eyesight issues :-) Known bug: System and Automatic thumbnails are not aligned with the corresponding theme.

#141 (accessibility and theming improvements) needs to be tested and improved though. Merging to allow the nightly to automatically build for testers.
