…he latter is still too slow for me, but I'll find a way... eventually. Also refactored the DNS resolution a bit (moved the classes and "optimized" slightly but nothing huge.

Sorry for this, removing the limitation was a bad move 🙄😁 Might reconsider it if DNS resolution and Icon retrieval are lazily called on display. Note: Untested as I added this from a phone.

Imported Wokhan UI libs and helpers (manually, will add them to github / nuget soon). Note: Looks like the icons are not showing up properly everytime in the Connections page. Double check required.
