Summary and Purpose
Display WIS metadata metrics on a web page.

Ideas

  • Count of records
  • Percentage of broken links
  • Sand chart of KPI grades over time
  • Display metrics by region, country or other categories
  • Piecharts of WMO_CategoryCode, DataLicenseCode, WMO_DistributionCode
  • Link to individual record KPIs

At first glance I'm thinking pywiscat can help with generating the reports, to which we could add a web application. Adding @wmo-im/tt-wismd here for review/comment.
