Small bug fix for the Ljubešić & Pandžić stemmer

Fixed the issue in the Ljubešić & Pandžić stemmer where a string substitution could be performed not only on the suffix but in other places within a word, as well.

Bug fixes

Fixed the elimination of non-Serbian characters in the text.
The stemmer of Ljubešić and Pandžić now includes cyrillic to latin conversion.
