A Laplacian Blob Detector was implemented from scratch.
Algorithm Outline:
- Generated Laplacian of Gaussian filter.
- Generated Laplacian Scale Space with Convolution.
- Performed Non-Max-Suppression.
- Drawn circles around maxima points.
