I did not translate related quotes at this time. I'm no sure if it's appropriate since it is "their data" and not the project datas. Open question.

I wrote a translation for main wiki pages :
I did not translate related for the moment, since i was not sure it was appropriate. I did not find source for the home page either (https://userdatamanifesto.org/). I think you should propose internationalization for this also since it's much more easy to spread it...
