Update any references to the previous email address and create a new post announcing the update.

I forgot about a feature myself! Only new items that are older than the date set, appear.

Also, FYI, this PR is waiting for the RFC here to be approved before merging on the time of the RFC taking place.

Apologies for being a bit picky in my last commit; do you agree not having the email in the post header? It's already displayed under 'Contact us' and looks cleaner this way. Also, do we delete the presence of [email protected] in a later phase then?
