Please add the note:
NOTE: Historical data processing service loses MySQL database connection when it is idle or when it has not received a request within 24 hours. When historical processing service does not immediately pick up the request for uploaded files, please restart the processing service to reestablish MySQL connection.

Added under 4.7.3 notes

Fixes in this release:

- CDA-telematics PR 262: The “Load default topics” button on the topic management page had incorrect text “Save”. This would confuse end users, as they would click a “Save” button to load default topics, which is actually a “Load” topics button.

NOTE: Historical data processing service loses MySQL database connection when it is idle or when it has not received a request within 24 hours. When historical processing service does not immediately pick up the request for uploaded files, please restart the processing service to reestablish MySQL connection.
