Upload "engine" rewrite

Rewritten with ArduinoSketchUploader instead of Avrdude.
should fix all file name limitations (path length, spaces, etc.)

**Drivers attached are from the Arduino IDE - they are copied in "AS-IS" (to allow folks which do not need the IDE to upload code). they are not needed if you have Arduino IDE or Atmel Studio installed.
