Remove the Command and ValueArgument interface. Everything is an Argument and has a value and a default value.
WIP: I still miss a way of making the UI aware that the selected argument has changed.
…I tools. Rework the handling of selectables in the GUI creator that was (more) ugly.

Rework the CLI tools.
In particular simplify them and fix the selection being iin sync.
