Extlet6 is draft name for enhancing Ext Plugin in Liferay portal.

Installing 6.0.5 and 6.0.6 patch

Download 6.0.5 or 6.0.6 patch and unzip into Liferay's ROOT web application, i.e.

wget https://github.com/downloads/topolik/Extlet6/liferay-6.0.5-patch.zip
unzip liferay-6.0.5-patch.zip /opt/liferay-portal-6.0.5/tomcat-6.0.26/webapps/ROOT

or

wget https://github.com/downloads/topolik/Extlet6/liferay-6.0.6-patch.zip
unzip liferay-6.0.6-patch.zip /opt/liferay-portal-6.0.6/tomcat-6.0.29/webapps/ROOT

Then restart tomcat.

• In case you use WAR file deployment, you need to zip content of the patches into WAR file.
• In case you deploy on WLS/WAS I think you will also need to unzip JAR file (inside patch) into liferay-*.war:/WEB-INF/classes directory.
