I've added an additional custom drawable which sets the selected dot to a specified drawable. This will allow me to make the selected drawable a play button. I then plan on having a click listener on the ScrollingPagerIndicator which will change the selectedDotDrawable to a pause icon and start automatically scrolling through the pages, stopping on each one for a few seconds.
Hopefully you consider this a useful addition
